For all present and future UAConnect users: now learn how to get the best
results from your UAConnect email and calendar account. Microsoft-provided
trainers will be on campus for a limited time next week to hold free
hands-on workshops on the best techniques and timesavers when using
Microsoft Outlook 2010 (Windows) and Outlook 2011 (Mac).

These informative and interactive, two and one-half hour sessions will help
users manage their email and calendar in UAConnect using Outlook.

Workshop sessions are now available on Monday, September 12th and Tuesday,
September 13th.

Users will practice sending and forwarding email, managing junk mail and
deleted mail, and searching for messages. They will also learn how to create
personal distribution lists and manage contacts. In the calendar, they will
learn how to create events, view a calendar, and share their calendar with
others. In addition, they will learn how to use the online, website versions
of UAConnect.

Workshop classes are specific to Windows and Macintosh users, so
participants should register for sessions based on the computer platform
they use the most.

13th. Though seating is limited, and pre-registration is encouraged to
guarantee your preferred time, walk-ins will be accepted on a
space-available basis.

In addition to these hands-on workshops, online tutorials from Microsoft IT
Academy are also available to campus users. These tutorials cover Outlook
2010 and many other Microsoft Office and IT Professional topics including
Office, Windows 7, Exchange Server, SharePoint and more. Visit

Telephone support is always available through the 24/7 IT Support Center at
(520) 626-TECH (8324).
