[unplanned service interruption] UAConnect currently experiencing issues

Service(s) Affected: UAConnect

Impact to Campus: We are currently experiencing issues with the UAConnect
system.  Issues include logging in to the Microsoft Online Services Sign In
client and logging in to Outlook Web Access.  We will post updates as they
occur.
