[Plantsci] University Closure

Hello All,

 

As the University is set to close for the annual University Closure between
December 24, 2011 and January 2, 2012 (reopening on January 3, 2012), it is
time for every employee to discuss their closure plans for payroll with
their supervisors.   During, this time frame there are three paid holidays,
and three days that the UA will be closed that need to be coded for payroll
purposes.

 

I have sent the information about payroll codes and options to all the
faculty.  Therefore, please start to discuss this with your supervisors as
soon as possible.

 

As I stated in my email to the faculty this is not a new policy or new
procedures, but I just wanted to send this reminder.
