[Plantsci] Urgent & Important: Payroll Processing Calendar and Schedule for the next two months

Hello All,

 

You may have received the notification from the UA regarding when your
timesheets are to be completed, please remember our deadline is different
from the University's.  Please complete your timesheets by the deadlines
that I stated in my email of 11.16.11.

 

Here is a reminder:

 

Pay Period:   December 12, 2011 to December 25, 2011

 

.         Timesheets (Completed and fully submitted) are due by Noon on
Thursday December 15, 2011.

.         Admin Staff will submit the time worksheets to supervisors by 5
p.m. Thursday December 15, 2011.

.         Approvals from Supervisors are due back to the Admin Staff (plus a
copy to me on the email) by Noon on Friday December 16, 2011.

.         Pay Day - Friday December  23, 2011.
