Subject:		Stores Inventory water deposits

From:  		Procurement and Contracting Services Stores Department

Starting August 8, 2011 the Stores Inventory section will no longer be
charging the water deposit (0200-6005) on the five (5) gallon
distilled/artesian water bottles.  The Stores department will still require
the community to return the empty bottles.  Any water bottle purchased
before August 8, 2011 will be charged the $5.00 deposit and a credit will be
issued when those bottles are returned.  Please feel free to contact the
Stores department at 621-7975 with any questions.
