[IYRPsupportgroup] FYI: Change in name of WCC for United Nations Decade of Family Farming (UNDFF) / WCC letter to new FAO DG

Dear IYRP Support Group (ISG),

As you know, our group was accepted as an observer member of the WCC (World Coordination Committee of the IYFF+ 10 - this stands for the International Year of Family Farming + 10 = Decade of Family Farming). In order to avoid confusion with the International Steering Committee of the UN Decade of Family Farming (UNDFF), the WCC has been renamed the World CSO Coordination Committee for the UNDFF.

The back-up representative of the ISG in the WCC is Jurgen Hoth, formerly with Conservation International. Barbara: for the ISG listserv, please note that Jurgen’s email address is now jurgenhoth1521 at gmail.com
