[Iyrp-gcg] Letters to UNCCD focal points

Hi Igshaan,
The letters look ok to me - I think it is good to give this feedback to the
supporting countries. If any of them respond to the letter we could offer
to host a dialogue between UNCCD parties for them to discuss their input to
COP.
