[Iyrp-gcg] MoC with Carpathian Convention

Dear Igshaan,
It is very good initiative and achievement by IYRP secretariat and we
appreciate the role of Engin Yilmaz. Yolda Initiative and our members in
this process.
To my understanding,  networking with other regional groups is great and
explore how we take it forward. May be sharing of best practices from other
regions and this will enrich Carpathians Development of Pastoralism.
