[Iyrp-gcg] Doodle poll for next GCG meeting

Dear Maryam.

East and Southern Africa Working group will be having its meeting the end
of September, 2022. Hoping the dates and timing don’t conflict. Since GCG
meeting will need the RSIG team leads as well.
