[Iyrp-gcg] Updated Guidance Note for future support letters to IYRP - also in French & Spanish

Dear all,

Here are also French and Spanish translations of the guidance note. All three versions of the updated file are on the IYRP website under News & Resources (https://www.iyrp.info/resources/front <https://www.iyrp.info/resources/front>) - scroll down to "Letters of Support”.

Please note also that the press release about the UNGA approval of IYRP 2026 is now on the IYRP website in several languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Mongolian, Russian and Spanish
