Thank you Jim, Ann, Barb and Maryam, you have all done an amazing job, that
has helped us all to move forward but we have not yet reached the launching
pad.

Hence, I think a complete change of you four in this crucial moment
in time, is a mistake and a recipe for collapse. May I suggest that you
consider stepping down gradually.

Many of us have been pushing this agenda since 2008 and before, I was also
at Hohhot, in fact, I drafted the initial version of IUCN´s Hohhot
Declaration

and I think that now,  more than ever, we must stay together.
