Dear Colleagues:



I'm writing to invite you to attend and/or present your research at the CALES Annual Research Showcase (formerly known as the Poster Forum).



Date: Thursday, April 30th, 2026

Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Student Union Ballroom, The University of Arizona



This event highlights the unique discoveries, impactful innovations, and translational achievements of researchers across CALES, Cooperative Extension, and Arizona Experiment Station.



This year's program will include our traditional poster session along with exhibitor tables, light snacks, presentations by students and postdocs, and awards for the best oral presentations and posters.



Registration, abstract submission, and competition information and links will be available soon.



In the mean time, please note the following deadlines:

  *
March 16th, 2026 - abstract deadline for presenters wishing to be considered for the presentation competition
  *
April 3rd, 2026 - deadline for invited competition presenters to submit their presentation recordings and materials
  *
April 10th, 2026 - abstract deadline for presenters participating in the poster session only (not entering the competition)
