[Faculty] The Time is Nearly Here! 2026 CALES Dossier Preparation Workshops!

Greetings CALES Faculty! This email is a first notice that the CALES Dossier Preparation Workshops will be held during the week of May 18. More announcements will follow by email, and you will see postings in the CALES Weekly Bulleting and Tuesday Morning Notes. All CALES faculty are welcome, whether you are preparing a dossier this year or in the near future.

The workshops will be held in Saguaro Hall, Room 219 from 9:00 AM to Noon and will be streamed and recorded via Zoom (links to come later). Each day will focus on a different track, BUT if you can't attend on the day of your specific track but can attend on another day, do it! I assure you that what we will cover will be relevant to your case:
            Monday, May 18 - Continuing-track dossier preparation
            Wednesday, May 20 - Tenure-track dossier preparation
            Friday, May 22 - Career-track dossier preparation

These workshops will cover each section of the dossier. They are timed in mid-May to follow all of the other trainings and workshops available from the Vice Provost (see https://facultyaffairs.arizona.edu/promotion-workshops) and will address any remaining questions that you may have after you have completed those trainings. Thus, if you have any residual questions regarding dossier preparation or the review process, here is your chance to ask! The workshop format will be relaxed, with plenty of time for your input or questions. Feel free to attend one or both sessions.
