*IMPORTANT* CALES will be hosting two convocation ceremonies in May 2025:



CALES Graduate Student (MS/PhD) Spring Convocation
Thursday, May 15, 2025
7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Fred Fox School of Music (Crowder Hall)

CALES Undergraduate Student (BA/BS) Spring Convocation
Saturday, May 17, 2025
2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
McKale Memorial Center

Please RSVP here if you plan to attend one or both ceremonies.<https://forms.office.com/r/xw92iTEHtd> This form will ask you which ceremonies you plan to attend in-person, where you plan to sit, the names of students you plan to hood (if any), and if you require rental regalia.



The RSVP form automatically collects your name and Arizona email address. Please respond by Sunday, May 4 at 11:59 p.m. More details regarding day-of logistics will be sent closer to the events.
