Good morning, you should have all received this email (below) this morning from the Disability Resource Center (DRC).

If you do have a student who has an approved accommodation and you aren't certain how to manage this, please contact the DRC professionals. In my experience, they are very responsive. You can also contact me and/or Jim Hunt (jeh at arizona.edu<mailto:jeh at arizona.edu>) with any concerns.

Please do NOT discuss specifics of accommodations with your colleagues - do not pass along names of students, no specifics of the disability - nothing that can identify the student or their reason for accommodation. TAs, if (and only if) they need to know this information, can be told that there is an accommodation in place for a certain student, but should NOT be given any information on the nature of the disability.
