Please join us for an interdisciplinary conversation to promote collaborative research on PFAS and human health. Following a keynote presentation – “The multi-faceted toxicity of PFAS: Structures, targets, and adverse health outcomes” by Jennifer Schlezinger, PhD, Professor of Environmental Health at the Boston University School of Public Health – attendees will have an opportunity to mingle over a lunch and poster session, hear lightning talks on project ideas, and share in roundtable discussions with colleagues and community members.
We encourage attendees to stay for the networking reception that kicks off the public forum hosted by the Udall Center, titled "Tackling PFAS for a Sustainable Future: Advancing Science and Policy.” See separate registration link for that event below.

Presentation Abstracts
Faculty, if you are interested in presenting a seven-to-eight-minute lightning talk, please share a brief abstract for an oral presentation (< 200 words) on a PFAS research idea. Presenters are asked to present their research question, identify gaps in expertise for their project, highlight opportunities for collaboration and request feedback. Researchers or groups with campus-wide resources for PFAS research are also invited to present on these resources. Project ideas will be workshopped for collaboration in the following roundtable discussion.
Submit your abstracts<https://arizona.us22.list-manage.com/track/click?u=4d60d4c0ff272952a1f87557b&id=838c75f654&e=26f6977c56> by October 28.
Posters
Faculty, students and postdocs are also invited to submit the titles of their PFAS-related posters for the poster session. Please feel free to bring a poster on PFAS that you created for another event. We will collect your email address and reach out to you about the logistics of poster set-up.
