[Faculty] Annual Reporting!

Greetings everyone, by now you may be far along on your annual reporting on Faculty Portfolio (no longer UA Vitae).

Over the weekend, I received several emails asking for the CV template - so am re-sending. If you recall, 90% of your annual reporting can be completed using this template - just click on "Activities" in the left column of Faculty Portfolio, and near the bottom of the page you will see "CV Upload."

I have heard from two faculty who used the CV template last year that annual reporting was a breeze this year! All they had to do was update the CV, attach, and almost done! I say almost because it would be helpful if you check the information that uploads into Faculty Portfolio automatically - the teaching and grants information - to ensure that the uploaded information is accurate. If you see any errors, please let me know OR contact the UA Vitae Help Desk (uav-support at list.arizona.edu<mailto:uav-support at list.arizona.edu>).

Good morning, yes - annual reporting is sneaking up on us.

Admin Assts all CALES Units are working on creating Activity Input Forms in Faculty Portfolio (new name for UA Vitae). If you log into Faculty Portfolio<https://facultyportfolio.arizona.edu/> and do not yet see an input form, please don't panic - the Admin Assts are working to create forms for each of you, and they know that this must be done by late next week.

I have attached the CV template that I created last year that may help you in preparing your input. You are not required to use this - but you will see a listing of all of the information required for annual reporting. Those of you who are approaching dossier preparation, please use this form - since this is the exact information that will need to be included in your dossier.

I was also informed this morning that all Student Course Survey responses for Spring and Summer 2023 have been uploaded into UAccess, with Fall 2023 information scheduled to be uploaded in early January.
