Dear Faculty,
To support students finishing strong with end-of-semester stress, I will be hosting three Mind-Body mindfulness events titled "Elevate Your State" at the end of April.
These CALES events are a fantastic opportunity for students to:
*
Learn practical strategies for stress management and relaxation.
*
Understand the science of why these wellness practices work.
*
Develop mindfulness techniques to enhance focus and concentration.
To encourage wellbeing, perhaps students could earn extra credit with a simple attendance-based incentive or an option to complete a brief reflection on their experience.
See below for event details and I have also attached a flyer which can be shared with students.
Thank you!
