This is a reminder that our CALES Life Management Counseling<https://cales.arizona.edu/life-management-services> services are available to all CALES students, as some students may need additional support mid-semester to cope with increased stress.

If you are concerned about a student, please encourage them to make an appointment on their CatCloud/Trellis<https://ua-trellis.my.site.com/uastudent/s/catcloud/services/calendar/?NetId=rdaily7> or by contacting me directly at rdaily7 at arizona.edu or (520) 621-8922.

Our CALES Life Management Counseling services include:

  *   Confidential & no-cost
  *   Wellness consultations for general emotional, life, and mental health concerns
  *   Individual therapy services
  *   Referrals to UA and community partners for additional resources & services
  *   Additionally, CAPS is available with crisis support 24/7 at (520) 621-3334
