[Faculty] Faculty Loaner Regalia program - reserve now!

Greetings to all,

As the first half of the 2022-23 academic year comes to a close, we are preparing to celebrate our December graduates with the 2022 CALS Graduation Convocation ceremony.  The schedule is set for:

December 2022 CALS Graduation Convocation Ceremony
Friday, December 16, 2022
Centennial Hall
Ceremony starts: 9:00 AM
Faculty check-in: 8:15 AM

We are once again offering the opportunity for our faculty members to reserve loaner regalia.  If you are interested in using a loaner set, click on the link below to make your reservation. Many of you have already made inquiries regarding the loaner regalia, and even if you did so, you must still click below to make a formal reservation. Please remember that we have limited quantities of the different gown sizes/lengths so these can only be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you attempt to reserve and your size is not available, you will receive an email notification.  Also, as a reminder, this is a different program from that of the regalia rental program offered directly through the UA Bookstore, and our program is offered at no cost to you.  As follows:

Please make your reservation by close of business on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2022.  Once I've received your reservation you will be contacted with available times to pick up the regalia and instructions on returning it.  If you have any questions regarding the loaner program, please be sure to contact me.

If you plan on attending the December celebration, whether or not you reserve loaner regalia, please be sure to RSVP to Career and Academic Services via this link: https://forms.office.com/r/xw92iTEHtd.  As it gets closer to December 16, CAS will send you more detailed information on where to go, at what time, on the day of the event.
