[Faculty] Exciting Changes to UA Vitae

Good morning!

I think that most of you will be thrilled to hear that UA Vitae reporting is being streamlined and updated. The biggest change is that faculty reporting will consist largely of a CV uploaded into UA Vitae, though Extension program reporting will remain the same.

You will hear a LOT more about this in upcoming weeks, and trainings for use of the new template will be offered.

With this email, I am requesting that you do NOT upload any information into UA Vitae until the new template is constructed. Once it is ready, you will be notified.

For any faculty who began their position in January to November 2022 (and thus, have not used UA Vitae for reporting in the past), please take the time to make certain that you have access to the reporting website. To do this, go to https://uavitae.arizona.edu/ and log in using your NetID. If you can NOT log in, please let your unit UA Vitae coordinator know. NOTE: UA Vitae has been taken down for updates and will not be available until after November 18 - but please make a note to check your accessibility to UA Vitae after that date.
