Everyone, online voting is now open for the General Faculty Spring 2022 General Election, and I urge you to cast your vote.

Voter turnout is often extremely low across the university for faculty elections. Your voice is an essential part of our shared governance, and you have both the opportunity and the obligation to have your voice heard.

General Faculty Spring 2022 General Election
ONLINE VOTING BEGINS TODAY
JANUARY 31, 2022



The online poll is now open and will remain open 24 hours a day until 5:00 P.M. on February 11, 2022.



The General Faculty General Election for Chair of the Faculty, Vice Chair of the Faculty, Secretary of the Faculty, thirty-three (33) College Representative seats, five seats on the Committee of Eleven, four seats on the Committee on Academic Freedom and Tenure, three seats on the Nominating Committee (two 3-year terms, one 2-year term), and two seats for elected faculty representative to the Strategic Planning and Budget Advisory Committee, will take place online beginning January 31 through February 11, 2022. Election results will be posted online no later than February 18, 2022.  You can view the Candidates’ statements on the Faculty Governance website prior to voting and then vote online.
