[Faculty] Faculty Loaner Regalia program - reserve now!

Greetings all,

As the semester comes to a close, we are preparing for spring commencement celebrations that will look different from previous years.  Once again we're offering the opportunity for our faculty members to reserve loaner regalia.  The college owns the regalia and we are able to lend them at no cost to you.  We work closely with the Bookstore to store and clean the regalia and they are now ready for you.  The spring commencement schedule is:

UArizona/CALS Graduation Ceremony
Thursday, May 13, 2021
Arizona Stadium
7:00 PM

If you are interested in using the loaner regalia, click on the link below to make your reservation.  Please note that we have limited quantities of the different gown sizes/lengths so these can only be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you attempt to reserve and your size is not available, you will receive an email notification.  Also, as a reminder, this is a different program from that of the regalia rental program offered directly through the Bookstore.  As follows:

Please make your reservation by close of business on TUESDAY, MAY 4, 2021.  Once I've received your reservation you will be contacted with available times to pick up the regalia and instructions on returning it.
