[Faculty] Request for panelists - Study Sections - The inside scoop

Dear Faculty,

CALS has many senior faculty who have served on numerous study sections and grant review panels for different funding agencies. The insights that one gets from reviewing grants is priceless - especially to junior faculty who are just beginning their careers.

We are designing a new panel discussion format to facilitate this transfer of knowledge.

The frequency and format of this panel is yet to be determined. The panels will be agency specific - so a panelists time commitment should not be over an hour or so per panel. At this time we are thinking 6 panels per year (this could change).
