[Faculty] April Senate Summary

Dear Fellow CALS Faculty,

 

Attached is the summary for the April Senate meeting.  Among the many issues
the Senate is addressing, we are looking at policy to define Engaged
Learning and help students who are involved in engaged learning experiences
to get credit or documentation on their transcripts for these experiences.

 

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

 

The Senate has one more meeting on May 11 before we have our summer recess
and then we'll be back at it in the Fall.  

 

I want to thank everyone who supported my re-election to the Senate.  I look
forward to representing CALS and all university faculty and staff for
another two years.
