Dear partners,

This is a friendly reminder that this year’s DSCESU Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, December 4th 12pm – 2pm MST in which we will formally introduce you to UA SNRE’s new director, Dr. Kathryn Stoner!

Due to limited room capacity, in-person attendance is limited to 15 attendees.

As a reminder, in preparation for our annual meeting, we ask that our partners please complete the following:

  1.
Send us a PowerPoint slide + a paragraph describing one of your recent projects by Monday, November 27th. Please fill out the attached .pptx template with your project information.

  2.
Report any DSCESU projects your organizations/agencies awarded or received during 2020-2023 by Monday, November 27th using the attached .xlsx spreadsheet.

  3.
Review the attached Agenda, and please feel free to let us know if you have any agenda items you would like to add.

  4.  Review our 2016 Strategic Plan<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Fm9CL0VWlQ-J7fLBJW2onAqGO7BXpd_5x8PsoDPwc_s/edit?usp=sharing>. We will begin planning for DSCESU’s 2025 five-year renewal next year and will be updating the strategic plan as part of the process. You are welcome to add your comments to the document!

For local partners: Our offices are location in the University of Arizona Environment and Resources 2 (ENR2) Building at 1064 East Lowell Street. The meeting room is N450. Please let us know you plan to attend in person when you submit your RSVP.  We will also be offering lunch to in-person attendees from 11:30am – 12pm.
