Dear Directors,

More than one of you has expressed concern about asking one of your board members to serve on the State Board, too - asking too much of one person.

If you would prefer, we will not do it that way. I will be happy to work with you and the Associate Directors and develop invitations so that we have three representatives from each program area, and that the representatives are from across the state. This way, no one has to serve on two boards.

So, I need a reply


Yes - I want to keep the plan moving forward to have a county advisory Board member serve on the state board. Here is my recommendation from my county board.

Or

No - I do not want a County board member to serve, and here are a couple of other names you could consider.

I need your reply by Friday so I can start putting our state board together.

Please don't inform anyone about your recommendation, since not all recommendations will receive an invitation. I'm trying to keep the board to 15-20 people.
