[CED/CD/EAT] Extension Annual Performance Reviews (APR) Kickoff!

Hello Extension Faculty!
Welcome to Annual Review Season 2026! I wanted to share some key information up front to help make this process as smooth as possible.
A few important highlights:

  *
We will be using the same format as last year (please see the attached APR 2026 Guidance document).
  *
Monday, February 2 at 11:59:59 p.m. is the deadline to have all Extension work entered in the UA Faculty Portfolio (UA Vitae) system.
  *
Peer Review assignments will be available by Thursday, February 5, with reviews due by Thursday, March 5.
As in past years, each Agent will be assigned three peers to review within their programmatic area.
  *
More details will be shared as we get closer, but the process will remain the same as last year.

For those newer to the process:
Submitting your Faculty Portfolio is the first step in the Annual Review Process.
If you are in an Agent role:

  *
The Activity Input Form titled “2025 Cooperative Extension Annual Review (APR)” is now live on your Faculty Portfolio Dashboard.
  *
This step initiates your APR for peer review.

What you’ll need to do:

  *
Click on 2025 Cooperative Extension Annual Review (APR) from your Dashboard.
  *
Review and verify that all 2025 information is correct and make updates as needed.
  *
You will not be able to select “Ready for Peer Review” until any required items (shown in red) are cleared. These are typically tied to activities marked as ongoing.

To clear those items:

  *
Verify the information and click Update, or
  *
Edit the activity end date and click Update.

Once you select Ready for Peer Review, the item will be removed from your UA Vitae To Do list. This step simply lets the system know your content is ready for peer review for 2026.
You may save your work and return later—you do not need to complete everything in one sitting.
A few additional notes:

  *
If you need to pull AAP-5 data, please submit a request through the Support Tracker<https://arizonace.quickbase.com/nav/app/bmipv6bik/table/bmipv6buc/action/nwr?originalQid=td&page=1> so it can be assigned and processed.
  *
If you do not yet have access to Faculty Portfolio, please work with your business team to request access. I’m not provisioned to grant access.
  *
