Subject: Request for Your Feedback on a Community Gardening Program for Cancer Survivors
Hello,
My name is Dr. Meghan Skiba and I am the principal investigator of a study called Harvest for Health Together Arizona (H4H2-AZ) at the University of Arizona. I am collaborating with Dr. Caitlyn Hall to conduct an environmental scan as another research project to understand contact, collect feedback, and identified opportunities and gaps in Arizona around the intersection of community gardens and wellness for those diagnosed with cancer survivors. We are asking you to take part in a one-time anonymous 10-minute survey to help identify the opportunities and barriers to expanding H4H2-AZ across Arizona. Your participation is appreciated, but not required, and you can end the survey at any time. You are also able to forward this email and the link to anyone you may think is interested.

An Institutional Review Board responsible for human subjects research at The University of Arizona reviewed this research project and found it to be acceptable, according to applicable state and federal regulations and University policies designed to protect the rights and welfare of participants in research.
With gratitude,
