[CED/CD/EAT] SAVE THE DATE: CE County Extension Director Fall In-person Meeting

Dear Directors and Unit Heads,
Cooperative Extension will be hosting a face-to-face meeting with all County Extension Directors, affiliated AES and Center Directors, and all Academic Unit Heads on November 20th - November 21st, 2024. The meeting will take place in Tucson this year, starting at 10 a.m. on November 20th and ending at noon on November 21st.
We invite all Academic Unit Heads and AES Directors to attend on the first day, November 20th,  from 10 a.m. till noon (please join us for lunch) to give updates and reports. Academic Unit Heads are expected to report on recent or current Specialist hires and expected Extension position requests for FY26. AES Directors are expected to report on the usage of Centers by current Extension faculty and staff and discuss how the Centers can better collaborate with CES personnel in the future. Academic Unit Heads and AES Directors are asked to attend only on the first morning. Extension will cover all travel expenses, including any overnight stays required.
Zoom options will be available for AES Center Directors, since traveling for a two (2)+ hour meeting is inefficient for those who work so far from Tucson.
Additional details on location and the tentative agenda will be forthcoming.
