Would you share the attached poster with your direct reports and encourage them to post?  Walking through the procedures at faculty and staff meetings at CES and AES would ensure people know what to do in an emergency.

The University's Incident Command System (ICS) has developed the attached emergency procedures poster for campus distribution.  These will be placed in each classroom by Facilities Management.  Please widely distribute this poster and consider placing in all labs, Extension offices, Experiment Station offices, and business offices.  Please do review procedures at a future faculty and staff meeting.
