Attached, and posted on Compass here<https://compass.arizona.edu/dbs/policies/advisory-councils>, please find written guidance first provided in 2018 to the external advisory groups we were aware of (to their chairs, if known; to the closest associated faculty/staff, if not). I asked each contact to provide this document to each member of the group and maintain copies of the signed document in their files. I also asked them to include this document along with any other orientation materials when new members were added to the group in future.



This is your annual reminder to provide this document to any new members of external advisory groups associated with your unit/county/center/program and maintain copies of the signed document in your files.



If your unit/county/center/program has an external advisory group not listed below, please let me know so I can add them to our central list. If you can provide me with the # of group members, their purpose and the current chair’s name/email, this would be very helpful in keeping our records up to date.
