[CED/CD/EAT] 2023 Southeastern Arizona Farm and Ranch Trade Show (Feb. 8th in Willcox, Arizona)

The 2023 Southeastern Arizona Farm and Ranch Trade Show in Willcox, Arizona is just around the corner with lots to offer. I've attached a 2-page flyer to this email so you can see the February 8th schedule of events and programs. I've also included a few highlights below.


  *   If you are an Arizona agricultural certified applicator and are interested in earning continuing education units (CEUs) while learning about pesticide safety and certification updates, crops, and pest management, a series of 30-minute sessions will be offered from 8:30 to noon in the fireplace room.



  *   If you are interested in becoming an Arizona agricultural certified applicator, Roberto Rios of the Arizona Department of Agriculture will be administering the National Pesticide Applicator Core Exam from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the dining room. Please bring a government-issued photo i.d., such as an Arizona driver's license or passport to the exam event. The National Core Exam is a 90-question, 90-minute timed, multiple-choice test. Please check in early so Roberto can process the necessary paperwork, explain test taking guidelines, and hand out exam materials. His contact information is listed on the flyer if you have questions.


  *   But wait there's more! In addition to the trade show, exams, and CEU sessions mentioned above, the event will include programs for youth focusing on loans and marketing, a tractor competition, and livestock health presentations and demonstrations.
