[CED/CD/EAT] Seeking volunteers to serve on the Extension Strategic Action Planning Committee

Dear Extension Directors and Specialists:

We are seeking volunteers to serve on the Extension Strategic Action Planning committee. We plan to hire consultants, either internally (e.g., Eller College) or externally, from industry, to lead the development of a new Strategic Action Plan for UArizona Extension. However, we want to ensure we have a solid representation of Extension faculty and staff to help steer the direction of the process and utilize the information from the Economic Impact study and the current Needs Assessment. If you are interested in serving, please email Dominic Rodriguez (drodriguez1 at arizona.edu<mailto:drodriguez1 at arizona.edu>) with a short paragraph of why you want to join and any experience you have in Strategic Planning. The Extension Admin Team will then decide on the committee membership. I appreciate everyone's support through the first two phases of our plan, the Economic Impact and Needs Assessment. This is the final step toward defining Arizona Cooperative Extension's investment priorities.
