Math for Measuring, Mixing and Applying Pesticides – Questionnaire

[cid:image005.png at 01D8C76B.7E5E7FA0]The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension is interested in learning more about your skills and experience with the math needed when working with pesticides. Your input and feedback will be very valuable and will help us to identify and create additional training sessions, resources, and educational materials to assist pesticide handlers with the math needed to accurately measure, mix, and apply pesticides.

We value all responses and recognize the importance of hearing from people who work with agricultural, structural, or home and garden pesticides; use organic or conventional products; manage pests in small areas or on large operations; and people who just started working with pesticides as well as those who have had many years of experience. Pesticide safety trainers and other educators are also encouraged to submit responses. This questionnaire is available in English and Spanish. See the links below.

Cuestionario Sobre las Matemáticas para Medir, Mezclar y Aplicar Pesticidas

[cid:image006.png at 01D8C76B.7E5E7FA0]La Extensión Cooperativa de la Universidad de Arizona está interesada en aprender más sobre sus habilidades y experiencia con las matemáticas necesarias al trabajar con pesticidas. Sus respuestas e ideas serán muy valiosos y nos ayudarán a identificar y crear sesiones de capacitación, recursos y materiales educativos para ayudar personas con las matemáticas necesarias para medir, mezclar y aplicar pesticidas con precisión.

Valoramos todas las respuestas y reconocemos la importancia de escuchar a las personas que trabajan con los pesticidas agrícolas, estructurales, y los para el uso en hogares y jardines; usan productos orgánicos o convencionales; manejan plagas en las áreas pequeñas u operaciones grandes; y las personas que recientemente comenzaron de trabajar con pesticidas, además los que tienen muchos años de experiencia con ellos.
