[CED/CD/EAT] Survey - Off-campus Extension Offices

Dear Director,

As we discussed, the State Extension office has developed a Qualtircs survey for off-campus Extension offices. We weren't sure if the WRRC was considering off-campus, but we included it anyway. Sharon, I will leave it to you if you want to complete the survey.

I ask that you fill out a survey for each office - for example, Pima County might have a survey for the main office on Campbell Avenue, The Garden Kitchen, and maybe even the TVF facility. I will leave that decision to the CEDs. Once we get all the surveys in, we will take a look and start planning to improve readiness for emergency situations.

The survey can be found at https://uarizona.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_b1HVqWWNA7NJQto. Please fill out the survey(s) by Sunday, November 13. We will summarize the data on the 14th and then discuss it during our Extension Administrative Team meeting on Tuesday.
