 The survey is being sent to all Cooperative Extension professionals who receive communications from the Extension Foundation. It asks about opinions and experiences with COVID-19 vaccinations and vaccination education.  Please feel free to forward to other Cooperative Extension directors, administrators, specialists and field workers.

 Your views on vaccination education are important. Our team’s goal for this survey is to obtain the best understanding of supports and barriers to vaccination education. The assessment also will include measures of media literacy given the extent of misinformation and disinformation that has affected community perceptions about vaccination.

 The results of this survey will be used to develop communication tools and strategies to help Cooperative Extension professionals choosing to engage in vaccination education efforts feel more supported and confident serving as trusted and compassionate messengers of accurate vaccination information.
