[CED/CD/EAT] Arizona 4-H Policy Versions (Enforced during 2000-2007)

Hello,

I am writing today to help locate the oldest version of Arizona 4-H Policy you have. Currently, the oldest version I have is for 2009. I know many of you would not have been working in the program back then, or now have left the organization, but I am hoping you might have a digital archive to explore. Or even a lead on a filing cabinet in your office that might have it, a storage room, or even a volunteer who keeps everything.

This request is of utmost importance for the Arizona 4-H program. I appreciate your willingness to explore and to get a little dusty. If you were to locate the policy guide through someone else please have that person send it to me directly (for clean record keeping sake).
