FYI....

Note, that the attached document is entitled "faculty", but my email subject line is employee because everyone experienced and lived with 2020 and not just COVID-19 related issues (and not just the disease). For many there were the massive impacts of racism (which unfortunately won't be limited to 2020), or the election, as well as coping with other issues that could have been made much easier than they were (and should have been in my opinion).
