[CED/CD/EAT] Peer Reviews are Live in UA Vitae!

Good afternoon, Extension Faculty!

This e-mail is to notify you that your review assignments have been activated in the UA Vitae system.  This is the 2nd part of the Agent Peer Review (APR) process where you actually provide feedback on some of your peers.  These reviews are beneficial for your peers so they know what they're doing well and where there may be areas of opportunity.  They're also beneficial for County Extension Directors (CEDs) in developing annual reviews for faculty in their counties.  You can access the evaluations by logging into UA Vitae and clicking on the "Complete Evaluation: 2020 Cooperative Extension: Peer Evaluation" link on your dashboard (image below):

Once you click the link, you will be taken to the Evaluations page where you will see your assigned faculty.  Assignments were made in conjunction with program Associate Directors.  Below is other information on what the page entails:

  *   Faculty Being Evaluated:  these are the faculty you will provide reviews/evaluations for.
  *   Evaluation Saved*:  this will show a date of when you last saved the evaluation for that faculty member.
  *   CALS Annual Review Summary:  clicking this icon will bring up the vitae of that faculty member.
     *   For those who like to print out the vitaes to read through and make notes, you can simply right-click on the window that pops up and select "print."
  *   Actions:  clicking the Evaluate button will open the review form for that faculty member.  You can work on it and save while returning at any time, and as often as you need.
  *   Submit Selected Evaluations:  when you're fully completed providing a review for one of your assigned faculty members, check the box next to their name and select "Submit Selected Evaluations."  All reviews are due on Sunday, February 21st by 11:59.59 pm.

I have attached the review criteria developed by Extension faculty and adopted effective 2018.  The criteria includes the same language that's in the UA Vitae evaluation form.  The attached is just for reference as all reviews must be completed online in the UA Vitae evaluation form.
