[CED/CD/EAT] Reminder, COVID-19 reporting requirements

ALVSCE Leaders,

At the outset of the pandemic, the University established reporting protocols for confirmed and suspected COVID-19 cases among faculty and staff.  Please re-familiarize yourself with the current protocols and ensure all supervisors in your unit are aware of them and their reporting obligations.

Supervisors are required to follow the protocols immediately upon learning of a confirmed case, including cooperating fully with UArizona contact tracing.

Employees and DCCs who have a confirmed COVID-19 case are required to notify their direct supervisor.

These protocols were designed to safeguard the health of faculty, staff, DCCs, and students.  Individuals who choose to violate University mandates are subject to disciplinary action.  Questions should be directed to the HR COVID Response Group<mailto:HR-COVID19-Questions at email.arizona.edu>.
