[CED/CD/EAT] New CED Meeting Schedule

Based on our discussion today, we will meet by Zoom on alternate Tuesdays at 11 a.m. beginning on 3 November.  These are the same days for Phase Transition requests review.

We can meet on the alternate Tuesdays if it is deemed necessary.
