ALVSCE Leaders,

Below is the message I sent to business officers this morning.  Please take note of the bolded information.  I ask for your help to encourage the remaining 300 employees who have not yet completed their benefits open enrollment to do so before 5pm this Friday, November 6.

Business officers have access to the list of individual employees who have not completed their enrollment.  My office will also contact business officers if the number of incomplete enrollments is large in your unit.

ALVSCE Business Community:

As of yesterday there were about 300 employees who have not completed their open enrollment.  Your help is needed immediately to herd the remaining employees and complete the open enrollment.

As you've probably experienced firsthand, the selection process in UAccess Employee is not intuitive and can be confusing.  Encourage employees not to wait to complete the process to ensure they have enough time to seek help if they need it.

Reminder:
Benefits open enrollment ends at 5pm this Friday, November 6.  Selection of benefits is mandatory this year.  Employees who do not select benefits will have no benefits.
