<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">As you’ve probably experienced firsthand, the selection process in UAccess Employee is not intuitive and can be confusing. Encourage employees not to wait to complete the process to ensure they have enough
time to seek help if they need it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
