Subject: Revised COVID-19 Mitigation Practices - Maricopa Ag Center, Effective Monday, May 18th

Greetings Everyone,

I hope each of you remain safe and productive during this extraordinary time. What a challenging 2 months it has been. I'd like to personally thank you for adjusting to the many changes, for staying focused, and for helping keep MAC's doors open. Because of everyone's diligent efforts we have avoided having anyone become ill from COVID-19. I think we all recognize this is no longer a sprint but a marathon.

With that in mind and based on feedback from many, I believe additional COVID-19 preventative measures are needed. With this email I'd like to announce revised practices which will become effective Monday, March 18th. Communication of these changes will be posted at facility entrance doors for MAC employees, tenants, and visitors.

1. Cardon Building Office Area. Face masks should be worn in all common building access areas including reception area, hallways, restrooms, kitchen, copy room and mail area, meeting rooms, break rooms, etc. Use of face masks is not required while working in your office. Disposable gloves are available as needed and can be found near the receptionist's desk.

2. Non-Office Areas, Including Farm, Shop and Outdoor Areas. Where social distancing measures can be followed, use of face masks will be encouraged but not required. Otherwise, face masks should be used. Disposable gloves are available as needed and can be obtained at the Shop.

3. Because availability of commercial PPE is limited, employees and guests should provide and wear their own personal masks. MAC will keep a small supply of disposable masks on-hand.

4. Please respect the personal space and safe-guarding efforts of others. Do not enter private workspaces or engage others without permission. Also wear masks, follow safe distancing guidelines, and clean/sanitize any work surfaces touched.

5. Immediately leave the facility if you believe you have a fever, feel sick, or been exposed to the COVID-19 virus. University COVID-19 guidance can be found at https://www.arizona.edu/coronavirus-covid-19-information. Private and state-designated COVID-19 testing facilities are also now available

Feel free to contact me should you have questions.

Thanks and have a great weekend!
