[CED/CD/EAT] CED Annual Performance Review

On behalf of Jeff Silvertooth, I am attaching the materials needed for the CY19 Annual Performance Review.

Due to some university changes, this year the UA process for annual reviews for all appointed administrators will entail using the Career Conversations document. A template copy is attached for your convenience as well as the Career Conversations overview which explains the process model and gives various examples on how to best complete it, as reference.

We will not be using the standard CES CED form previously used. I apologize for the inconvenience but we just found out about this change in UA policy.

Please fill out the Direct Reports Spreadsheet and return to me by March 30.

I will reach out to set up a review date/time.
