Please find attached memo regarding the materials needed for your CY19 Annual Performance Review.

As you may know, due to some university changes, this year the UA process for annual reviews for all appointed administrators will entail using the Career Conversations document. A template copy is attached for your convenience. You are probably familiar with this form but I have also attached the Career Conversations overview which explains the process model and gives various examples on how to best complete it, as a reference.

Please complete the two documents attached (UA Career Conversations and the Direct Reports Spreadsheet) and return them to Kristie Gallardo (gallardo at cals.arizona.edu<mailto:gallardo at cals.arizona.edu>) by Friday, 10 April 2020.
