[CED/CD/EAT] Conference calls - communications

CEDs,

I began the set up for a conference call with all of us at 11 AM on Tuesday, 17 March.

However, now VP Burgess wants to speak to all of you in a zoom session tomorrow, Monday, 16 March. He says he just wants to “listen”to you.

So let’s proceed with the VP session for tomorrow. Time is TBD, depending on his busy schedule.

We will leave the 11 AM conference call, Tuesday, 17 March on our schedule for now but we will see if we need it based on the Monday VP session.

I want to maintain a line of communication with all of you and we will forward relevant updates as they develop by email.

We are here to support you but I do not want to inundate you with conference calls, zoom sessions, or other meetings of any other sort unless they were absolutely needed.

Whatever we do, if you feel like we need more or less communications and meetings please let me know.
