CEDs and EAT,

VP Burgess shared this directive this morning, it is good and I agree.

“Everyone, effective immediately, please set a leadership example and attend group meetings you can do remotely (e.g. with zoom or other technology.)”

UA Central administration recently indicated that all groups scheduling meetings for work purposes are encouraged to optimize remote meetings (e.g. conference calls, zoom meetings, etc.), and avoid in-person meetings to enhance social distancing.

Social distancing is essential for management and early actions with this COVID 19 are critical.

Therefore, please set an example and do these things yourself and encourage everyone in your units to employ these practices immediately as well.
