[CED/CD/EAT] COVID-19 Issues

CEDs,

Conditions are escalating rapidly with the COVID-19 virus issues.  We are not only dealing with the biology associated with this and all other viruses, but we are also dealing with the social, psychological, cultural, and business implications as well.

We want to direct this organization in a manner that protects all of the people involved but do so in a conscientious manner that does not contribute to the sense of panic that is starting to grip many sectors of our communities.

Accordingly, I am providing the attached memo for your reference and use with all personnel in your units.
